At Newlands Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your unique authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resaleable condition.

  Ship to Garden Centre

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or our physical store location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our horticultural team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5 business days.
