How long will it take for my plants to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. During peak gardening seasons, this may extend slightly, but you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our nursery.
What is your policy on damaged or unhealthy plants?
We take great care in packaging, but if your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We offer a 100% arrival guarantee and will provide a replacement or refund.
Do you offer nationwide delivery for large garden furniture?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery for all furniture sets. Larger items are shipped via a specialized pallet service to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return non-living items like garden tools or pots?
Absolutely. You can return non-perishable goods within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
